CHEMICAL PROCESS CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

 

HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:
These Pumps of CI, SS-316, P.P., UHMW, material with Mechanical Seal of SS316, Teflon, Graphite or Conventional Gland Packing. Semi open type Impellers, a wide range sizes from 19 to 100 mm, Capacity 3 M3/H to 250 3 M3/H, Head from 1 M to 60 M. Self priming attachment are fitted wherever desired.

 

 

  

VERTICAL GLANDLESS PUMPS:
These pump parts are moulded to shape from polypropylene or UHMW. These are maintenance free pumps to give sturdy performance. No Mechanical Seal or Gland Packing. Supplied in two designs (a) Monoblock Pumps & (b) Bearing Frame Pump with a bearing housing which supports the Pump shaft in two bearings.

 

 

PERISTALTIC & BELLOW DOSING PUMPS :
The most suited for dosing of brightners, passing through Silicon, B.P.T., Vitron, Butyl or Neoprene tubing without contamination and contact to the main body, Output 0.3 to 300 ml / min. with variable speed motors also available Bellow Reciprocating pump of similar output.

 

 

 

SCREW PUMP (progressing Cavity):
The most recommended for effluent liquid, Max pressure 6 bar, suction obtainable 0.95 bar, Temp. upto 1500C. Viscosity 3 lakhs mPas, solid contents 60%.
